Pancake Chef, SeaTac (Garber review) ****
We discovered the place only recently, and have already become devotees.

This review also contains links to a wonderful Seattle-based site for those who love breakfast -- especially pancakes. And you are invited to write in with your suggestions of great breakfast and/or pancake places whose praises are yet to be sung!

Sharps Roaster & Ale House, SeaTac ****
A good place to bide your time before catching a flight out of Sea-Tac, this sports bar offers a "last chance" -- if you will -- for sampling the Pacific Northwest's renowned microbrews. A full menu features everything from barbecue to burgers to roasted meats. Reasonable prices.
