Memphis Blues Barbecue House **** 1/2
We've always thought Vancouver deserved a great barbecue joint. We've been getting closer and closer to that goal over the past couple of years, but our dream has not been realized until recently, when wine-biz veteran Park Heffelfinger and our old friend George Siu (who founded Not Just Desserts) got together as the result of daunting research, and trial and error to produce the ultimate Vancouver rib and pulled pork experience!
