I wanted to make this sound a bit like a Harry Potter book. . .Harry Potter and the Invisible Chef Vancouver, BC (Monday, July 16, 2007) -- But if you really want to know what an invisible chef is -- or for that matter how a private chef functions, or what a personal chef can do for you -- then Frances Metcalf is your gal!
Frances Metcalf, Executive Chef and Owner of Travelling Gourmet Personal Chef Services was born and raised in BC and formally trained in French cuisine at the Dubrulle International Culinary and Hotel Institute of Canada, the country's leading culinary school. This unique and varied background culminates in Chef Metcalf's ability to adapt seamlessly into a variety of environments. She is as comfortable in the kitchen of a single parent family, or the penthouse suite of a corporate president, providing a full service dinner party or discreetly presenting an intimate gourmet meal for two. Her warm and friendly manner combined with her efficient style make her a most welcome addition in any home.
We have known Frances since the early days of evalu8.org and view her as a pioneer in her field; now if only we could convince our parents to hire a personal chef!
