"A lot of our staff is in the greater LA area with some sprinkled across Canada, London, Baltimore/DC, Chicago and NYC. We've got a staff of roughly 40 loosely kept together through a staff mailing list so we're all spread out."

Given their concise core of contributors (not unlike evalu8.org), they accomplish a huge amount online. The site doesn't stop at film reviews, but offers stats, predictions and release schedules. You won't find a better, more thoughtful-and-thought-provoking or better written movie site on the web!
