Deborah Ramsay's world-famous wrap recipe
As demonstrated at the 33rd annual adidas Vancouver International Marathon. . .

(serves four)
Ingredients:
Use Healthy Way Wraps (from IGA)
1 can tuna drained
1/2 red onion chopped (optional)
1 Fuji apple chopped
4 Tbsp grated orange rind
1-2 tsp Thai Kitchen red curry paste
1 cup grated sweet carrots (or any carrots)
1/2 celery chopped
3 Tbsp light mayonnaise
Rationale & Directions:
Deborah's Up! Fitness Wraps (they have the veg, the fruit, the lean protein, with Omegas, the healthy fat, the heat to boost metabolism, the dairy for your bones -- a complete meal that may include 30 minutes of exercising your jaw to chew, chew and chew....)
Mix filling thoroughly and fill wraps.
